First of all we’d like to thank those who were able to attend our Lake Fort Smith outing. Everyone’s ideas/comments are greatly appreciated and valued.
Down to business - Next Committe Meeting:
Thursday, June 4th, 2009 – 6:30PM, Food Court, Central Mall, Fort Smith.
Results of April 25th Meeting:
We have tentatively selected the 2nd weekend in June of 2010 for the next reunion. Hopefully, that time of the year will help all of us to avoid “heat stroke”. Due to the success of the last reunion, the committee has decided that we should develop a similar agenda offering various activities/functions for everyone. We’d like to repeat the Friday night event, but in a different location, where we can all be together under one roof. So put your thinking caps on and see if we can come up with the ideal place.
Gary indicated that we have a pretty good cushion financially and that we should be able to cut individuals costs in comparison to our last reunion.
Jerry will be sending out an email to all the classmates registered on the website alerting them to periodically check the website for updated information pertaining to the 2010 reunion. So, be sure to update your email address on this website!!
