I retired from the Ft. Smith Fire Department in 1999 and moved to Hot Springs Village in 2003. Since retirement, Janice and I have enjoyed some travel abroad and day-tripping on our motorcycle. Attended NHS 03-04, graduated from Little Rock Hall High 1966. Moved back to FS in 1990 w/my 2 year old son, a 2006 NHS graduate. Started working for myself in 1994. I've enjoyed all of the Hall High reunions and seeing old friends, no pun intended. Look forward to seeing all of you, some 42 years later. Where has the time gone? I find it a little ironic my one and only child graduated high school 40 years after I did. Well it either kept me incredibly young or aged me significantly. You be the judge.

It was great to see so many familiar (and somewhat familiar) faces at the reunion.  My husband Dolan and I have been married nearly 25 years and have one daughter and three grandchildren.  Dolan and I sing in two choirs, one of which has had some very exciting concert venues - the best being at Bruton Parish Church in  Colonial Williamsburg (2003), the White House (Christmas 2005), Italy (2006), and England, Scotland, and Ireland (2007).  We have just finished a two-year remodel of our home, and are thrilled to get back to normal life.  I have worked for over 30 years at the law firm of Strasburger & Price in Dallas, and Dolan is the head of Research and Development for the North Texas Municipal Water District.   Our church home is University Park United Methodist Church, and we are both active in the music ministry there.

We live in Logan County in the Barber Township, where I have been Constable for 22 years. Gail and I are Life Members of the NRA. I am a past board member of the Riverfront Blues Society and a shareholder in the Quiet Valley Ranch, home of the Kerrville (TX) Folk Festival. I am also a member of the Conroe Association of Live Music (CALM), the Memphis Accoustic Musicians Association (MAMA), the Houston Area Accoustic Musicians Society (HAAMS), the Jimmy Driftwood Legacy Project, and the Barnstormers Mens' Prayer Group of rural Logan County.
